Educational Background: Hold a Master’s degree in Economics or related fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Agricultural Economics, or any other field related to Quantitative Methods.

English Proficiency: Demonstrate official proof of English proficiency with a minimum TOEFL score of ITP: 523, IELTS score of 5.5, or CMU eTEGS score of 65. The score should be no more than two years old. Applicants must possess sufficient competence in English to receive instruction in English.

Research Experience: Supply copies of one to three published research papers or reports (if possible by email attachment, if not by mail), and minimally the abstract of the Master’s thesis.

Technical Skills: Have competence in using statistical software or data-related programming.
